Our Mission:
Career Source serves as a hub of activity focused on connecting job seekers and employers, to meet the employment and career advancement needs of individuals and the workforce needs of businesses. Dedicated to providing high quality services within a professional and welcoming environment, Career Source provides counseling, education, and technology to support job search, and vital information and recruitment opportunities for businesses.
What We Do:
Career Source is a career resource center that provides employment services to all types of businesses and job seekers at all professional levels.
For businesses, we provide a wide range of services including recruitment assistance, professional development and networking opportunities, and valuable information on employer assistance and other programs.
Our services to job seekers include workshops, individual counseling to help you find a job, choose a career, or access training, and opportunities to connect with hiring employers.
Career Source also maintains a satellite location in Chelsea.* We are a member of the Massachusetts One-Stop Career Center System and are operated by Middlesex Community College. Career Source is chartered by the Metro North Regional Employment Board.
*Our satellite office has moved to Chelsea! Career Source is now part of the Connect program in Chelsea, which is a collaborative program that also includes Bunker Hill Community College, Metro Credit Union, and Metro Boston Housing Partnership. Our new office is located at the Neighborhood Developers office in Chelsea, which is at 4 Gerrish Avenue. There will be more of a focus on individual assistance, though Career Center Seminars (orientations to our services) and employer recruitment events will still be held at our new location.
